Dr. Amy Rechner has decades of multi-state HR/payroll experience which caused her to realize the gaps when it comes to credentialing and human resources. Dr. Rechner has experience setting up and maintaining CAQH profiles and other provider portals, helping employees start their own businesses and guiding them to the documents that they need.  Dr. Rechner has provided guidance to countless brand-new and current billable providers regarding licensure, malpractice, NPI, etc., within general and specialized fields throughout her HR career.

Dr. Rechner also enjoys teaching and providing guidance to HR professionals who are looking to break into the field. With vast multi-state experience (through professional experience and education), she has mentored many individuals whether they were in the HR assistant, HR coordinator, HR generalist or HR director role.  All of the mentored individuals have moved on to higher positions in the HR/Payroll fields.
